Arthur Road

Overview

About This Project

The ground floor of this Victorian terrace ended in a small, dark kitchen with a single window onto the garden. The owners wanted one generous room for cooking and eating, and they wanted to actually see the garden from it.

The project involved a side return extension taking out the side wall and giving the house a full width expanding the space, in addition a 3m rear extension was added with heritage doors and Velux windows.

This is the 6th Project of this type in the same road, the house is truly a family home now.
