Complete Space was established in 2018 by Pete Emery and Ashley Manoff with a simple aim: to make the process of extending, refurbishing and improving your home as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
We provide a bespoke, end-to-end project management service for loft extensions and refurbishment projects throughout London, and the home counties. From the initial idea through to completion, we manage the entire process on your behalf, bringing together the right professionals and ensuring that every stage of your project is carefully coordinated.
We can arrange and manage the engagement of architects, structural engineers and other specialist consultants, as well as introduce you to our trusted partner party wall surveyors where required. We then manage the project through the planning process, engage a suitably qualified and experienced builder, and oversee the works through to successful completion.
Our approach is simple: one point of contact, one managed process and a clear price. Your project is fully specified and priced in advance, giving you a clear understanding of what the work will cost and what is included.
Complete Space is a true one-stop shop for residential property projects, particularly for homeowners who know they want to improve their property but aren’t sure where to start or how to navigate the construction process. We take away the complexity, coordinate the different professionals and trades, and provide the experience and oversight needed to keep your project moving forward.
Since 2018, we have successfully completed more than 110 projects. Every project is different, which is why we offer a personal and professional service tailored to each client’s property, requirements and aspirations.

Meet The Directors
Director
Ashley Manoff
Ashley began his career with a local property company in East London, managing both residential and commercial properties. In 1998, he was headhunted by one of East London’s now-largest property development companies, where he progressed through the ranks to become Operations Director. Before leaving the company, he reported directly to the owner and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of property acquisition and the development of residential and commercial projects across London. In 2010, Ashley became Operations Director at a leading London home refurbishment company. His role involved managing a team of project managers and support staff, overseeing project management operations, and contributing to the successful delivery of more than 1,000 loft conversion and extension projects throughout London and the Home Counties.
Director
Peter Emery
Peter started in construction in 1986 working on residential and commercial sites all over the UK. He worked his way up to site foreman gaining many trade skills including bricklaying, plastering, roofing and carpentry. In 2000 he became contracts director for a domestic building company based in Belgravia, managing high value residential projects all over London. Having gained huge experience in all aspects of build management, he was then headhunted in 2014 to become sales director for a large central London refurbishment company, leading a team of 12 sales staff and producing over 250 projects a year. Peter has over 30 years experience in design, build and project management.
